Llangybi Rose Gold, is a 15.2HH Dun PRE fusion mare. Rose has been bred by the small but very successful breeding program at Llangybi Stud, and is now the last mare available due to retirement.

Rose has the very best of Spanish bloodlines being sired by Cai-Cai Das Arcas who is a Purebred graded Lusitano stallion, who has many wins within the riding horse classes and championships, he has also competed internationally at the European MCI finals with his greatest attributes being his amazing temperament, calm, kind nature which he has passed down to his daughter.

Rose's dam Altanera CX is a mare who has the very best Military and Escalera bloodlines who's lines go back to Bizarro known for his powerful lineage (Cantinero VII) and producing Olympic offspring like Oleaje.

Rose started her ridden career in the Winter of 2025 and is proving a very trainable intelligent mare who takes everything in her stride. Rose has 3 lovely straight correct paces and a good strong hindleg giving her real ground covering movement. She hacks out alone and in company proving a brave bold mare.

Rose spent her first young years out in a mixed herd which has enabled her to grow and mature naturally and not be pushed or over produced!
