D.J. is a pure-bred Irish Draught mare of all Class 1 breeding, standing approximately 16.3hh. We have owned her since she was two years old. She was broken in as a four-year-old by ourselves, then turned away for the summer. Has just finished hunting a full season. Shes also had the odd day out with some of our clients, who adore her.

She has been out trail hunting and has proven herself with hounds, standing quietly at the meet, behaving politely, and taking everything in her stride. She remains green in the school but will happily trot and canter, has jumped round cross-country, and hacks out alone with confidence.

D.J. is good in traffic and has no vices. She is straightforward to load, travel, catch, clip, and shoe.
