Seeking 14.2 (Approx) Straightforward Pony Club Type

• Proven, genuine all-rounder
• Experienced at unaffiliated SJ (70/80 cm), XC etc
• Kind, consistent temperament at home and away

Searching for (approx) 14.2 hh gem of a pony for an almost 13 year old girl, having outgrown her current pony. Could go a little bigger. Gelding preferred, although the right mare considered.

Nothing young or green, as we are after a proven PC all-rounder type with a wardrobe full of the 'been there, done that' t-shirts! Preferably currently/recently taking part in rallies and competing with a junior rider.

Jockey has been riding for 5 years and loaning for 2.5 of those. We are open to another loan, or have a good budget to LWVTB or buy. Pony must be easy to deal with, patient and up for TLC, as time on the ground and handling is enjoyed as much as the riding and rider is keenly independent. We are a kind and quiet family and would like a four legged friend to mirror this.

Under the saddle we are looking for something politely responsive but steady, capable of show jumping at 70 cm with scope for 80 cm or more, experienced in low level XC, nicely schooled and safe to hack (with or without company and in traffic, open spaces etc). Ponies with dangerous habits need not apply and sharp, spooky or nervous isn't for us. We want to preserve the confidence of a capable rider and just have some fun, we don't need a Ferrari of a competition pony!

Pony must load and travel happily in a trailer and be the Zen sort that has a consistent temperament in different environments and is content with a nap and a hay net whilst out and about. Pony will be kept on a livery yard so must be OK with hustle and bustle and farm machinery.
