Aredis Yorkshire Rose (Rosie) is a stunning cleveland bay x ISH mare with a temperament to match — friendly, confident, and always looking after her rider.

She hacks out safely in heavy traffic (I'd never say bomb-proof, but she's close), alone or in company, but as a dominant mare she’s best suited to a capable, experienced rider rather than a complete novice.

She can turn her hoof to a bit of everything, but I feel she would be happiest in a hacking or pleasure ride home, as this is where she really shines and enjoys herself most. She's an intelligent mare and loves variety.

She’s currently in light work after a winter break and just needs her fitness building. She lives out in a mixed herd in summer and in at night in winter.

Rosie is up to date with the farrier, dentist, and vaccinations. She has a slight foot imbalance, easily managed by her farrier, and a small cosmetic scar on her left hind.

This is a very sad sale due to lack of time and rider injury, and finding her a happy, loving home is my priority.
