Loki is a rising 2 year old grey gelding.

Expected to make 14.3 - 15.2hh and bred to event but would be equally happy as an all rounder; as long as his human loves him and gives him a 5* home he will be able to turn his hoof to any ridden discipline.

Sire: Prometheus
14.2hh event pony who competed up to CCI-S 3* with plentiful BE wins and placings through his career.

Dam sire: Billy Be Cool x Chacoa
Out of our first home bred mare who is now under saddle and proving very trainable. She is ~16hh (yet to reach her final height but she's nearly there) and can be seen with us. This dam line consistently offers superb temperaments and offspring who want to please both in training and socially! (we have several siblings of this dam, all with very similar characters).

Loads, leads, stables if required, is good for the farrier and vet (he didn't even flinch for the huge cannula needle for castration last autumn). In all honesty I think you could happily pop a saddle and bridle on him tomorrow and he wouldn't mind.
Loki is not spooky or reactive but I fully expect he will have the spark for competitive success and as such (and due to his age) he will only go to an experienced, competent and loving home.



A bit about Springline Stud; Springline Stud has developed from being a hobby, with our first foal in 2020, into a small breeding enterprise dedicated to developing unique bloodlines and producing youngstock with the ability to meet a variety of equestrian buyers’ needs. Our passion is eventing and we strive to breed a selection of foals ranging from those who have the potential to achieve at the higher levels in the sport and others bred to deliver ability, temperament and trainability for competitive amateur riders wishing to produce a youngster for themselves. We breed only a small selection of youngsters which allows each horse to have the care and relationship with humans that you would expect from a private home. Although bloodlines are useful, the development of temperament though early life experience is key for us to bring you your next best friend and give us the best chance of placing each youngster in its forever home as soon as they leave us.
