A striking horse with clean, correct limbs and a beautiful, straight, flowing movement, Whiskey is the type that turns heads wherever he goes.

He is a kind, genuine and easy character to have around the yard a real gentleman who is patiently waiting for his next best friend to form that special partnership. Whiskey has mainly enjoyed a leisure lifestyle, including occasional days hunting, and has proven himself to be a fun and willing ride. Stands beautifully at the meet and is a perfect horse to have in the field and will follow over anything.

On the flat, his education is still developing as this has not previously been a focus, so he is a tad green but he is improving rapidly and already beginning to produce some very pleasing work. With his natural quality and attitude, he is sure to progress quickly with continued schooling. He is a forward thinking ride with a beautiful step to match.

He is safe and sensible enough to be enjoyed by a younger rider, having happily been ridden on flat by my friends 10yo girl. Hacks alone or in company, which he throughly enjoys and is excellent in open spaces, happy to take the lead or follow.

Whiskey is an incredibly versatile horse with the potential to excel in a variety of roles, whether that be hunting, team chasing, riding club activities, hacking, or low-level eventing. He would be an ideal prospect for someone working within a sensible budget who is happy to invest a little time polishing his flatwork and unlocking his full potential.
