Gracie is now sadly outgrown and ready to find her next jockey to continue her Pony Club adventures.
She has been the most incredible pony for my daughter for the past 3 years and has given her so much confidence and experience.
When my daughter first got her she was nervously jumping 50cm, and together they’ve grown to confidently jumping 80cm courses.
Gracie would happily step down to teach a younger rider or step up for a more competitive smaller teen wanting to continue having fun and success. She has a wonderful temperament and gives her rider confidence both at home and out competing.
Gracie is a truly versatile and well-rounded pony. She has:
- Qualified and competed at the NSEA Hickstead Grassroots Championships in show jumping for the past two years
- Qualified and competed at the NSEA Dressage Championships at Hickstead
- Regularly out competing in show jumping, dressage, ODE and XC, and always coming home with ribbons
- Attended numerous Pony Club rallies, clinics, and both junior and senior camps
- Well schooled and confident on the flat
- Taken part in Pony Club games, archery on horseback, and other fun activities
She is a pony who can turn her hoof to anything, and whilst we haven't competed her in any Working Hunter or showing classes she would excel in these disciplines thanks to her lovely conformation and three balanced, quality paces. She is a typical Connemara with the brains, heart, and versatility the breed is known for. She is sensible and level-headed in open spaces and out cross country, making her a brilliant all-rounder for Pony Club activities.
