Johnny is a super talented pony. He is stunning, moves well and has a great jump, the full package!
He will make a perfect allrounder/pony club/riding club pony. He will showjump (BS) event or show.
Suitable as a competent child's second pony or for a small adult.
He would suit a home where someone wants to go out and about and be competitive and have lots of fun in any discipline.
Last year he was ridden by a small adult and had fun and great experiences at showing, stay away camps, dressage and SJ clinics and arena eventing arena hire. This year he has also been ridden by juniors hacking, schooling and pony club rallies.
He has been out showjumping, cross country schooling and combined training where he has been very level headed and wants to please.
Johnny excels at his jumping he is careful with a super pop and is not phased by fillers or spooky jumps. He has competed up to 80cm but has potential for a lot more. He is careful with plenty of scope.
He is going well on the flat with three good paces. He has been getting over 68% in prelim tests.
He is a little bit more woah than go so feels sensible and safe but he is responsive and can easily be revved up!
He was previously advertised but it was decided it would be good for him to mature a little and he has benefitted hugely from that additional time and training.
Johnny hacks well but can have the odd jolly buck, he is good with other horses, dogs and children, happy to live in or out.
He is barefoot with great feet and is good to load and travel, on his own or in company. Up to date with vaccinations, worming, physio.
He is still young so we are looking for an experienced home or someone with plenty of support to fully appreciate his ability and continue his education.
