Misty is a truly exceptional Connemara pony – a talented, kind, and reliable all-rounder with an impressive competition record and a heart of gold.
We have owned her since October 2024, and she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She is adored by everyone who meets her and has proven herself to be an exceptionally safe yet talented pony.

In 2025, the first year competing with our 11-year-old daughter, Misty exceeded all expectations successfully finishing the year with a feature article in the 2025 Winter Edition of British Eventing Magazine.
- In 2025 consistently placed 1-3 in showjumping & arena eventing and Top 6-10 in BE eventing classes, with most recently SIX consecutive Double Clears at 80/90cm.
Competed in the 2025 NSEA Eventers Challenge Championships (70/80cm), 2025 British Showjumping National Academy Championships (Midi 90cm), 2026 British Eventing Arena Eventing Championships (AE80) and Qualified for 2027 British Eventing Badminton Grassroots Regional Qualifier (BE90).
Temperament and Care
Misty is a pleasure in every way:
- Loads and travels beautifully in trailer or horsebox
- Excellent in the stable and easy to manage
- Regularly shod and maintained with physiotherapy/thermal imaging
- Fully up to date with vaccinations, worming, shoeing and dental care
- Registered with the British Connemara Pony Society and UK Equine Register
Reason for Sale
This is a very sad sale as our daughter has now outgrown her. Misty has given us so many incredible memories, but we have recently purchased a new horse to allow our daughter to step up to BE Novice / Intermediate level.
