Turtle is an absolutely one in a million 3yo! The ultimate allrounder in the making with the kind of temperament everyone is looking for. Turtle is bred to have all the athletic potential you need to compete in any discipline you want but without the quirks and endless maintenance.

Currently standing 15.1hh to mature approx 15.3hh. A very attractive, correct young horse with good limbs and feet and enough bone to give him substance without being heavy or cobby. Plus the cutest face! Turtle is a super mover, effortlessly engaged with naturally uphill paces. He covers the ground well and catches the eye. Has loose jumped 3 times including fillers showing a bold, clever attitude with plenty of scope and potential to go on but has intentionally not been overjumped or overfaced. Turtle has seen traffic and farm equipment and is generally bold in nature when dealing with new things.

Turtle has the most fantastic temperament. He is friendly, curious, kind and loves being played with. Turtle just wants to be involved! He is super trainable and very willing to learn, he enjoys the game. He has lived out unrugged in a mixed herd his whole life but will also stay in a stable, tie up on the yard and leave his friends to work without issue. He has had his feet and worming done regularly but he has otherwise not been faffed with or over-handled, he has been left to mature and run on as a horse.

Turtle's sire is the renowned and supremely versatile Ynyslyns Orlando, the only Welsh D to be graded with the AES bringing a unique combination of native pony toughness and sports horse quality athleticism. Orlando is the ultimate allrounder producer who has himself participated in dressage, showjumping, eventing, hunting, working equitation and team chasing and who is known for passing on his user-friendly and highly trainable temperament.
Turtle's damline has produced 4* eventer and 1.30m showjumper Master McCormack, as well as numerous successful national level amateur showjumpers and eventers. The dam herself competed to 1.10m.

Turtle really will be someone's horse of a lifetime. For the right person who speaks his language he will be your best friend and take you anywhere you want to go, whether it's competing in a national final in the sport of your choice, galloping down the beach with your mates, attending training camps or hacking out with the kids on the weekends. Turtle does not melt in the rain, has good solid Welsh feet that you can shoe or not, can live most of the year on nothing but good grass and isn't likely to lose his head if you can't ride for a couple of weeks because life has taken over.
