Tia Maria is wonderful 19 year old grey mare, a true all rounder with a heart of gold and lots to give. She stands at 12.2hh (approx) and has been the perfect partner for a young rider who has sadly now outgrown her.

• Brilliant lead rein pony or a good second pony off the lead with a more experienced rider
• Talented jumper – happily clears 80cm but has jumped over 1m15cm
• Doesn’t rear or bite
• Has never had laminitis
• Loves a cuddle
• Not easily spooked by passing traffic, etc
• Well-mannered on the ground, and with the farrier/vet/whilst travelling/grooming
• No health issues but can be prone to sweet itch, which is manageable

Tia is a pony who gives her all, whether it’s a long hack or a fun jumping session with a more confident rider. She’s reliable and has plenty of experience under her belt. Tia is easy to keep and handle, barefoot with feet in good condition.

This is a very sad sale of a much loved pony. She has taught her current rider so much over the last 5 years, but they have simply outgrown her. We are looking for a kind home where Tia can continue to shine and be cherished.
