Suzie is a truly sweet mare and an absolute dream to have on the yard. She has always been a firm favourite and thrives on attention and fuss. She is not mareish in any way, has a lovely temperament, and is always eager to please.

She is easy to handle in all respects—great to load, hack both alone and in company, shoe, lunge, and with the dentist. She is equally happy being turned out alone or with others, making her a very straightforward and low-maintenance addition to any yard.

Suzie was my daughter’s first pony and has taken her from a nervous rider to the confident rider she is today. She is a fantastic confidence giver, always looking after her rider while still being fun and willing. Suzie will happily turn her hoof to anything—she loves Pony Club, beach rides, gallops, pole clinics, and especially cross-country. She is bold and unfazed by water, ditches, and new environments.

On the flat, Suzie schools beautifully with three balanced paces and is a pleasure to ride. She would be ideal for a quiet, capable teen jockey looking to go out and enjoy a bit of everything, as she genuinely loves her work and being part of the action.

This is an incredibly sad sale as my daughter is now moving on to horses. Suzie has been a much-loved member of our family, and we are keen to find her the perfect home.
