Rae is a kind, genuine mare looking for a home where she can continue to develop and enjoy her work. She previously underwent retraining where she was happily schooling, hacking and jumping 80cm courses before having some time off due to her owner’s work commitments.

Since arriving with us Rae has come back into work with no issues at all and has slotted back into a routine brilliantly. She works in a lovely manner and has proven sensible and willing. We have hacked her here along a busy main road where she was absolutely foot perfect.

Rae only ran twice as a racehorse and had a very horse-first start to life. She wasn’t broken until she was 4 and didn’t race until she was 6, allowing her plenty of time to mature and develop correctly.

She is an easy mare to have around, keeps her weight well, has been barefoot for the last 4 years and has good strong feet. She will happily live in or out and turns out with both mares and geldings. She is blemish and vice free.

A lovely mare with a kind nature who is ready for someone to continue her journey and have plenty of fun with.
