Blue is a 7yo, 16.2 AES gelding by Zirocco Blue VDL, a sire who needs no introduction, from a Lux Z mother - dam is out of the sister to a number of 1.40+ and a 1.60 performer.

Masses of scope, he is a careful individual with a lot of raw ability.
Is training at home upto 1.20 and has jumped upto 1m at training shows- improving and gaining confidence with every outing.

He is a horse who will progress quickly with the right person, equally happy to go out and jump locally at the lower levels.

He is still learning his job in the ring but has the most genuine attitude you could possibly wish for, has been slowly and carefully produced with the future in mind.

He has also XC schooled, and hunted a full season visiting multiple packs and is good with hounds.

Naturally uphill, has three athletic, ground covering paces and works in a beautifully soft outline.
Will do a very smart test either pure dressage or eventing.
He is forward and responsive off the leg and light in the hand, has walk to canter, rein back, leg yield in all three paces, and started learning changes.

Snaffle mouth at all times, very uncomplicated, genuine type.
Never sharp or silly, can be left for days in between without the need to lunge. Doesn’t buck, rear or nap and is not spooky (though is still a young horse)

Hacks alone or in company in any traffic, good to catch, clip, travel and load, shoe etc, turns out with mares or geldings.

Strictly no novices or timewasters please.
