This pretty 16.1hh, 5 year old, Irish Sports Horse is a quality young horse with exceptional breeding and a very bright future ahead of her. Sired by the international showjumper Vivant van de Heffinck, out of a traditional dam with Clover Hill lines, who has already produced two international eventers, this mare combines proven performance bloodlines with genuine talent.
Homebred and with her breeder until being professionally broken at the end of last year, she has since been slowly and correctly produced. Her education has been focused on developing a confident, willing young horse with a solid foundation.
On the flat, her basic schooling is well established, showing a balanced and trainable way of going. She is scopey and careful over show jumps, and has proven bold, brave, and intelligent over XC, confidently answering every question asked of her so far.
She has a kind temperament, easy to handle both in and out of the stable, and good in all ways. No vices.
All the hard work is done, and she is perfect for someone looking to put their own stamp on as she hasn't been rushed and overly produced. A smart and versatile type with plenty of potential for the future, she has the breeding, ability, and attitude for any discipline with the potential to excel in Show Jumping, Eventing, or as a quality Pony Club/Riding Club all-rounder.
This is a genuine and very sad sale of a lovely young horse due to personal circumstances – I simply don’t have the time to commit to a young horse’s education, and this is the only reason she’s offered for sale.
