My gorgeous Nelly is searching for her next home after I just don't have enough time to give her. She is a dearly loved horse, and I'm keen to find her a new rider to allow her to be taken forward to see her fly.

I have had fun out at dressage competitions, flat work & pole clinics with a local riding club, cross country schooling and she does regular schooling/jumps and hacking at home. She proves to be unfazed by fillers and has some beautiful paces. She is fit and ready to be taken up higher in both her dressage and jumping.

Although Nelly is a full thoroughbred, she has never raced and she is very easy to handle. My daughter (12) often brings her in from the field (easy to catch) and is very polite. In the stable, she doesn't mind being in on her own, has impeccable manners and enjoys a nice fuss. She is currently living out but she's usually in at night over winter, and out during the day. She is a firm favourite amongst the yard and will be sorely missed.

I happily take Nelly out alone or in company, she is a very confident, forward type and likes to lead a group rather than be at the back. She is easy to load, and I often take her out on my own in my trailer but she will also load in a lorry. She is very good in heavy traffic, used to big loud machinery, calm in open fields and regularly rides on country roads.

Nelly is a dream horse but she can be sensitive, so she is not a novice ride. She would suit a confident, competent rider to give her the reassurance she needs to have a lot of fun together.

Good to: catch, clip, load, shoe, dogs, children, can hack alone or in company, doesn't mind noisy vehicles, doesn't have any vices, up to date with teeth, vaccinations and worming.
