Prince is a much-loved member of our family who has been owned since he was 3 years old and carefully home-produced by my daughter, now 12. Sadly, he has been outgrown and is ready to continue his journey with another lucky child

A genuine and versatile all-rounder, who is extremely eye catching. Prince has successfully competed in:

Dressage
All PC Activities
Cross Country
WHP
SHP
Showjumping
Arena Eventing
Hunting

He is comfortably competing at 80cm and schooling around 90cm, although he appreciates a confident rider to support him at the bigger heights.

Multiple wins and placings across all disciplines
Member of winning Pony Club Area teams for two consecutive years at regionals along with top 10 individual placings
Top 10 finish at Arena Eventing Spring Festival 2026
Winner of his section at Dressage Spring Festival 2026 PC70 and 3rd in the ride-off

Numerous Championships and Reserve Championships throughout 2025

Prince particularly excels in the show ring and has enjoyed great success there, although my daughter’s interests have taken her in a different direction.

He also hunted during the last season with Buccleuch Hounds and Berwickshire Hounds, taking everything in his stride and proving himself to be a fantastic, sensible partner.

Prince is not a novice ride and a definite second pony. He is a typical Welsh pony with plenty of character and sass, so would suit a competent and competitive young rider looking to have fun and be successful.

He is never sick or sorry and is excellent to:

Hack alone and in company
Clip
Shoe
Vet
Bath
Travel
Handle in all respects

Fully shod and lives out 24/7 all year round. Is fine to be stabled at stay aways. New home must have good turn out and hacking as he loves this

This is a heart-breaking decision as he is very much adored by this family and holds a special place in this family and is in his prime. He deserves a rider who can continue enjoying and developing his talents.
