Smurf is a handsome, quality Irish Sport Horse gelding with excellent breeding and a lovely temperament. He is kind, affectionate and genuinely enjoys being around people. He is a pleasure to own and has impeccable manners on the ground.

He is a dream to load and travel, very chilled in the field and does not put a foot wrong to handle. He is easy to catch, groom and manage, making him a lovely horse to have around the yard.

Smurf enjoys hacking, schools nicely on the flat and would suit someone looking for a horse to enjoy dressage, hacking and general riding. He is fit, up to date with vaccinations and ready to go out and be enjoyed.

In the interests of complete honesty, Smurf can occasionally spook when worried and therefore requires a confident and experienced rider. He is not suitable for a novice rider.

Smurf has a diagnosed navicular condition. He has responded well to treatment and is currently comfortable and in work. His full veterinary history, diagnostics and treatment records are available and will be shared openly with prospective purchasers.
