Toby (aka Tobleroney Pony) has been with us the last 4 years and has now been sadly outgrown. Although we would love to keep him forever he is too good to be wasted as a field ornament. He needs a new best friend to love and have lots of fun with.
Toby is always happy and willing. He has done pc mounted games, rallies, jumping, showing on and off the lead rein including fancy dress - a little bit of everything.
Great to hack and great in open spaces. Not nappy at all, loves nothing more than having a good canter up on the Downs, and happy in his own company. Will go first or last out hacking and doesn’t mind if others want to canter off, he will happily hang out at the back with the humans!
He does require some leg to get him going in the school and it’s fair to say it probably isn’t his favourite thing so he would enjoy a varied life. He will happily trot or canter over a course up to 50cm and is nice and steady to and after the jump, Perfect for lead reins or those just coming off.
Loads first time every time and travels impeccably, an absolute pleasure to take out and about super easy and takes it all in his stride.
Has been known to throw a little buck on rare occasions.
I’ve been putting off selling him because we love him dearly and he has never been a days trouble, he is such an easy pony to keep. Can live in or out. He is a good doer and we restrict his grazing during the summer months. He is barefoot and happy in Scoot boots in front if needed on very rough terrain. No vices and never had Sweet Itch or lami.
He is so kind and gentle, he has perfect ground manners and is an angel around all children even the smallest of tiny tots can lead, groom, bath, load and do anything with him.
We will all be extremely sad to see him go and would love to keep in touch with his new family.
