Lusitano part bred Gelding - 16hh approx, 9 years old

Super handsome, quality with the ability and presence to go far in the right hands. He boasts a massive walk, a beautiful, expressive trot (which is comfortable to sit), stunning uphill easy to collect canter and is naturally balanced. Working well in counter canter, leg yield walk pirouettes, simple changes. He also has a flying changes and is working towards half passes canter pirouettes.

A genuinely talented horse who thrives on consistent, correct schooling. He has been out to many competitions both dressage and Working Equitation, scoring well at elementary dressage and novice level WE. Judges love him. Loads and travels well in both trailer and lorry alone or with others. Good to shoe.

Gelded late, so he is not the cuddliest in the stable and benefits from confident, knowledgeable handling on the ground someone who understands managing him a like a stallion and setting boundaries. He is not stallion-like with other horses atall.

Hacks out alone (with a little encouragement takes his confidence from the rider) and in company, fine with light traffic and is getting used to more. Currently not keen on motorbikes/ big lorries so this is something to be aware of.

A special horse for the right home, would suit a knowledgeable rider looking to produce a quality horse, ideally on a professional/well-structured yard.
