Brilliant to hack - great in traffic and will lead other horses past machinery. Calm in open spaces - not strong or silly
Ridden Bareback and done Working Equitation Obstacles.
Also jumped small fences (we only have a dressage saddle- but she has scope to do more) and enjoys pole work.
Easy ride- soft in hand and forward off the leg but never strong. Easy balanced transitions and very active and rhythmical with a super canter and walks for an 8!
Learns very quickly- could be FEI level by next Spring with the right training.
Easy to take to a show - rides no different to at home and stands quietly between tests. Great in big warm up arenas, not fazed by the big horses, good in arena walks and not bothered by flower pots, judges huts or mirrors. Stands calmly on lorry while you go and have lunch!
Easy to get ready - good to bath and trim, can be plaited without being tied up or even plaited tied to the lorry at a show in a busy car park.
Easy to keep would live in or out, on own or in company. Doesn’t need riding daily.
Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, Physio etc.
A real super star of a pony that I’m very keen goes to the correct competition home and I would love to stay in touch. My young son is still on the lead rein- if he was 10 she wouldn’t be going anywhere! Would suit a child who wants I do BD youth now or FEI in the future but also have a fun pony to enjoy and handle. Also suit a small ambitious adult wanting a pony who is very competitive amongst the horses with scope to train right up the levels.
Good trial facilities and open to any vetting.
