The time has come for darling Squirrel to find his new home.  I just feel that I’m asking too much for him to become a GP horse which although he can do all the work he just isn’t hot enough to do that work easily.

This is an incredibly hard decision and only one I have made in his best interests.

He has the most incredible work ethic and above all is kind and forgiving. He would be very suitable for an amateur wanting to learn the higher level movements or for a junior or young rider wanting to be considered for teams. I think he could also be considered for Para riders.

He has the kindest temperament and loves to hack and enjoys pole work. Excellent on the lunge and easy to do in all respects.

He is in no way spooky or sharp and adores people.

He has a hyper flexion issue on his right side which slightly effects picking up his feet on that side but you can still shoe him as normal it just takes a little patience.

He won the PSG gold regional championship at Bicton last year, in fact he’s won a regional title at every level from Novice to PSG.

He’s been highly successful in both Premier leagues and High profile shows.

He’s was also the demo dressage horse at Badminton horse trails a few years ago which is testament to his amazing temperament and ability.
