14.2 5yo Class 1 Connemara mare by Glencarrig Monarch

Pearl schools well on the flat with 3 lovely paces. She has recently started jumping, proving very brave and scopey over both coloured poles and xc fences. We have taken our time with her not to over jump her, but she is loving the job. She has a sweet trainable attitude and loves to please. She is very forgiving if the rider were to get it slightly wrong.

She has recently been out to a cross country clinic where she jumped everything she was pointed at, ditches, steps, water, etc. She stood beautifully whilst the others went off to have their go.

She has also been out to a local show jump arena hire where she jumped a range of different fillers. She has also been locally shown in-hand, with lovely comments from judges.

She hacks out alone and in company, although she does take confidence from another horse. She isn’t phased by day to day traffic and doesn’t fizz up on grass.

She is a sweetheart on the ground with a lovely temperament. Turns out in a mixed herd. Loads and travels well, good to catch, farrier etc. Currently barefoot. HWSD - N/N

Passed 5 stage vetting at the start of the year with flying colours.
