Ruby is the most lovely, kind and laid back all rounder.

Nicely bred by Wish Upon a Star.

She has mainly hunted for the past few seasons- including being a hireling on Exmoor. Shes sensible and mannerly while still being forward going. Stands at the meet, goes off on her own or will happily hunt in the field. Goes happily in a copper roller snaffle with ladies and teenagers. Not at all fazed by other horses, hounds etc.

Loads and travels in a trailer or a lorry (on her own or with others) and will happily stand and wait.

Shes a pro at doing gates, rivers, trappy country etc. Very happy to hack anywhere and frequently rides through our local village and passes the biggest traffic.

She loves a fun ride having done some this summer as a ‘nanny’ for a young horse.

Will ride and lead.

Shes recently started schooling this summer and loves it! She’s naturally talented with lovely paces and so trainable. Went to her first riding club dressage competition and took it all in her stride scoring over 66% in two tests.

Shes begun pole work and jumping in the arena and as with everything is capable, willing and trainable. Has cross country schooled- water/ditches and banks happily. And has been around a small pairs hunter trial. Still green with her jumping but with the small amount she’s done she’s learning very quickly.

She’s the perfect little horse for a lady/teenager to have lots of fun with. Mother/daughter share type. Currently being ridden by small lady and a teenager who is also learning the ropes herself.

Very sound with good feet and no health/vet issues.

Vice free.

Easy to have around at home in all ways. Clip/load/catch etc.

She’s used to farm life- dogs/children/chickens etc!

Only for sale as owner has two very small children and she’s wasted just being a hunter hireling.
