Bear is a sweet natured boy who will suit a competent teen or adult wanting to just go out and have some fun! His greatest strengths are hacking alone and in company, fun rides, hunting and XC. He does also go super SJ and is very keen. This being said I don’t think he’s going to enjoy a home with endless schooling he’s very much a point and go at all the fun stuff but can get a little cranky schooling. Hes very much a point and shoot to a fence so will want a brave jockey who is going to enjoy this.

He has a timid nature and needs patience with certain things but is incredibly easy to do with the majority. He’ll stand and be groomed or bathed all day. I take him out and about by myself loads and travels like a dream. He’s also incredibly handy for ride and leading some of my youngsters off as he sets a great example out hacking.

The perfect viewing for bear would be a lovely long hack, XC schooling, a Fun ride or SJ schooling.

No lumps, bumps or vices. He does however have a small scar in his left eye where he scratched it as a foal. Vets have advised he has 50-80% vision in that eye and other eye perfectly healthy so as a result this does not effect him at all and you would never know when riding or handling him. With this and his preferences of working life it’s important I find the perfect person for lovely Bear and so his price reflects this also.
