Sad sale due to relocation to Ireland and lack of interest.
One in a million. A genuine, kind and completely trustworthy 12hh mare who has dedicated her life to teaching children to ride. Honey is the sort of pony every parent hopes to find and every child dreams of owning.
She has successfully looked after children both on and off the lead rein, always giving them confidence and never taking advantage of an inexperienced rider. She is as safe in open spaces as she is in the arena and has never been the type to become silly or sharp.
Honey really has been there, done it and got the T-shirt. She has enjoyed:

This year she attended Pony Club Camp with a very novice, unbalanced child. Despite the rider not really being ready to come off the lead rein, Honey quietly and safely carried them off lead for the majority of the week, giving them confidence every step of the way, including jumping.
She is the ultimate confidence giver and will happily stand to be fussed over all day. Our twins handle her completely independently, and she has impeccable manners both in and out of the stable.
Honey is easy to keep, doesn’t need riding every day and can happily have a couple of weeks off before being ridden again without any fuss.
She is excellent with dogs, cats, goats, cows and other livestock, making her a wonderful family pony.
Honey will be sold with her full wardrobe, including her made-to-measure English saddle.
This is an incredibly difficult decision and is only for sale due to our move to Ireland. Homes like Honey’s next one matter far more than a quick sale, and we are looking for a family who will treasure this truly exceptional pony.
