It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I offer my beautiful mare Inka (Bowland Diamond Endeavour) for sale due to a genuine change in personal circumstances. She has been with me since she was a foal and has been lovingly raised in a family environment, making this an exceptionally difficult decision. She doesn’t owe me anything, and finding her the perfect home is my absolute priority.
Standing at 17.1hh, she is a quality, pure bred registered Irish Draught mare out of a Hornby Premium mare, sired by RID Diamond Lodge. Due to her size, she has never been rushed and has been allowed the time to mature both physically and mentally. She was professionally backed earlier this year and has taken everything in her stride.
She is still green in the school, so she is not a novice ride and will require a knowledgeable, experienced owner to continue her education. However, she has all the ingredients to make an outstanding lifelong partner. She has shown a real willingness when hacking and happily goes out both alone and in company.
She has the sweetest nature – kind, genuine, and easy to have around. She is good with dogs, not mareish or bolshy, and has been brought up with plenty of love and attention. She has a great personality and a great sense of humour. She is up to date with her farrier, vaccinations, teeth, and physio. She is easy to handle, catch, bath etc.
She does have a capped hock, which has been thoroughly assessed by both my vet and physio. They have no concerns, as it is purely cosmetic and does not affect her soundness or ability. This has been reflected in her price.
This mare has so much potential and deserves someone who will continue her education and enjoy her for years to come. I truly believe she will make someone an incredible forever horse.
