Casper is a lovely, talented gelding that is sure to give someone tonnes of fun. His breeding includes Rebel Mountain, who is renowned for passing on his excellent temperament and jumping ability.

Each ride he comes out with a smile on his face and one simple aim, which is to please. From day one Casper has been a joy to work with. Never putting a foot wrong and always trying his best.

Hacking Casper is super confident. On his first hack with me, the very first vehicle he met was a tractor with a harrow on the back, and he didn’t bat an eyelid. So far nothing has fazed him, including farm animals, flappy hay bales, motorbikes, cars towing cars and even leaving other horses on a hack. He has been hacked in hand alone, where he has been brilliant, but has not yet hacked alone with a rider on board – I will be doing this after he has had a few more hacks in company as our roads are so busy.

Over poles, Casper is super straight and easy. He is happily jumping around a small course of show jumps, showing huge amounts of potential with the person that backed him (I have videos of this and of him loose jumping). I have not done this with him yet, as I feel he would benefit from a couple more sessions of schooling. However, I am confident he has the brains and ability to make a fantastic show jumper or eventer.

He would be a great best friend for any teenager or adult looking to have some fun producing a quality young horse.

Up-to-date with dentist and farrier.

Good to handle, bath, load and trim (he is currently barefoot)
