Inkie – 9 Year Old Welsh Section C Mare – 12.3hh/13hh
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we offer our much-loved mare, Inkie, for sale. This is through absolutely no fault of her own, our daughter has simply outgrown her and is ready for the next step in her riding journey.
Inkie has been a fantastic second pony and has given our daughter so many wonderful memories. She has taken part in Pony Club activities and has competed in unaffiliated show jumping at 50–60cm. She would suit a child looking to continue progressing while enjoying a variety of activities.
Despite being a mare, Inkie is not mareish. She has a kind, genuine temperament, is lovely to handle, happily leads to and from the field, and loves being groomed and pampered.
She hacks confidently both alone and in company and is sensible in open spaces.
Inkie is good to catch, load and travel, and is well behaved for both the farrier and dentist.
She will come with her tack, rugs, LeMieux headcollars and a selection of LeMieux saddle pads.
This is a truly heartbreaking sale, so finding the right home means everything to us. We are in no rush and will only let Inkie go to a loving, knowledgeable family where she will continue to be cherished. We would love to stay in touch with her new owners if possible, as knowing she is happy and loved would mean the world to us.
