Very well bred 4yo with the brain of a 10yo

16.1hh 4yo bay gelding, CAVALIER lines

A rare mix of exceptional potential and an even better brain. Peroni is around 8 months into his ridden career and has taken every question in his stride. An impressive mover with gorgeous paces.

Schools very sweetly and always wants to please, jumps a round of showjumps without a backward thought, and has been XC schooling both on grass and arena (hickstead), proving very bold and forward without being strong or silly. We’ve had multiple people ride him and he really is anyone’s horse.

Peroni hasn’t been pushed only being 4, but he’s shown exceptional talent and a brain you can’t beat. Travels alone off for arena hires without any issue and never silly at the destination. Has hacked round a busy show ground whilst competition was going on which didn’t phase him at all. Has seen hounds and been on a hunt ride behaving perfectly.

Hacks alone and in company, great in traffic, good to box, clip, catch etc. Stands well at the pub! An angel to handle on the ground, and an all round very special little horse.

No complete novices. Although an angel, he’s still a 4yo sport horse who deserves an knowledgable home. We think he would be perfect for a teenager moving onto horses, an amateur wanting a fun, safe and talented horse or a professional that wants to produce further and make some £ on!
