14.1hh 6yr old Connie x ish sports horse.

Future BS/BE pony. Very brave to a fence, isn’t spooky, forgives a miss and doesn’t take offence, tries to leave the poles up. Been xc schooling, goes through water, trekeners, ditches, banks etc.

Still needs a bit more education on the flat but he’s very willing and wants to please. Jumping around 80 in the ring and schooling around 90 courses at home, making it very easy, has not been hard pushed. The bigger the fence the better he jumps, and won’t go down and balloon a smaller fence, just very sensible.

He does require a confident and competent rider, as slightly on the nervous side at times and wouldn’t take a rider wobbling around ontop of him. (He’s a young pony who was only backed last year so late starting) Since being with me, I’ve had two young riders on him (aged 12/13) and they have both got on him and taken him straight around a course at shows.

Easy to do on the ground at home and away at shows etc. Good for farrier (currently barefoot), travels well, can take one away and he will stand on the lorry on his own.

I genuinely believe that in the right hands he will make a class BS/Event/WHP, for a competent kid or small adult to produce through the levels, who understands that he is a talented pony with a sensitive side. He is never naughty, he doesn’t buck or rear, but he is a competition pony and needs an experienced home. Homes will be vetted.

Genuine reason for sale. Passed a 5stage vetting in November last year.
