We bought Ava as a foal and watched her grow in the field at home on the farm. She was then sent away as a three year old to be backed. After a short time she was ready to return home to the field. As an early four year old Ava went to a friend to be introduced to showjumping. After learning the ropes she came back home to spend a few months in the field, I then got her in and have been lightly producing her myself for the past three months.

This mare is wise beyond her years and worth her weight in gold. Her technique is super impressive and she’s extremely balanced. I haven’t registered her because I want someone to be able to put their own stamp on her. Her intelligence and ability for her age is not something you find often.

Ava is very sweet and straight forward to ride. She jumps cross country jumps at home and has been to a few training shows. Good to hack out alone or with company, good with traffic. Sensible on the ground, good to shoe, load, clip etc.
