* Worked 2024/5 season in a riding school before it shut down (where I was an instructor), as both a guide horse and a novice lesson pony, he behaved well and was used for a variety of clients. Before this he had done hunting seasons both with the huntmaster and an 8-year-old girl.

* Finbar has done showing classes at Honiton Agricultural Show, the highlight being him placing in the young handlers. Schooled over working hunter fences and would excel in those open classes. Competing up to 80cm with young girls, clears expected. Will represent his PC at south west regional champs for his young sharers pony club team. Trains round 90/95cm courses at home with small teenagers happily with a careful jump. Has talent to be a competitive PC/NSEA/BS pony.

* Competed up to prelim dressage with respectable scores. His flatwork is solid, responsive clean transitions, works on a nice outline and basic lateral movements.

* Cross country schooled 90cm courses. Is bold and brave, will jump ditches, skinnys, logs. ready to pop 80cm hunter trials this autumn. Free jumped up to 1.10m.

* Been to pony club rallies and attending pony club camp with a small, 12-year-old novice. Hacks alone or in company, will walk up, down, through anything you ask, and very good in traffic, not silly or strong in open spaces.

* Ideal mother/daughter share or confident childs second pony (due to age and experience not a first pony). Would suit an experienced PC family home where he can have a child to love him but also a variety of riders as he does now. Thrives on regular work. A pleasure, easy to handle, will stand for hours to be fussed. Has the most gentle personality. Can be turned out alone or in company.

* Barefoot at all times, up to date with everything. good to box, catch, lunge. Never been laminitic or lame.
