I bought Chantilly Lace from a Welsh dairy farm in October 2025 as a 12.2hh Welsh section B 5yo, I was told that she was ridden away as a 3 year old and afterwards only shown in hand. I have been giving her some experience with the help of my granddaughter Kate. Lacey did her first SJ classes at a local PC competition in the spring, she then attended two or three DFH PC rallies and then did the D & G horse show SJ and WHP classes on the lead rein, she has also been to 3 or 4 local festival ride outs and Lockerbie Gala and parade. I recently took Lacey novice show jumping at Greenlands Equestrian and she won her class and she then did the 50 and 60 WHP training stakes at Dumfries show and had 2 good rounds show she is a very active natural jumper.
I had hoped that Lacey would be quiet enough to be ridden by my 8 year granddaughter but she is needing something older and slower to ride and Kate has her own 2 horses to ride. Lacey is an active forward going pony whether she is being led or ridden, well-bred with good conformation and movement and sold sound with no lumps or bumps, she is friendly, well mannered, no vices, loads well, has always been ridden in a snaffle, has never been shod, no novices due to her age and her lack of experience, further pictures and videos are available. I sold a very similar pony 2 years ago called Byeley Rufus and he has progressed well
