Indiana has been a very successful brood mare for the early part of her life, but was then professionally backed and produced.
Indiana is lovely to hack and has been out on fun rides and to show jumping events. She is unphased by new environments or situations, taking everything in her stride with confidence and boldness.
She is not sharp, spooky, or nervous, and she has never bucked, reared, bitten, or kicked. She is genuinely one of the kindest horses you could wish to meet.
Although she is still new to it, Indiana loves her jumping and has not been phased by fillers, water trays or cross country courses. She will make a fabulous all rounder as is very quick to learn, but as she is still getting more experience with different disciplines she would currently best suit a confident rider who could continue her education. She is very quick to learn so we feel she would very soon move onto being most people's ride.
She will happily canter across open fields, she never rushes, tries to overtake and no bucking. She will pull up immediately and go straight onto a long rein or stand patiently waiting for others.
Indiana completed her first Working Hunter showing class at the Vale County show on 14th August being placed 4th.
She has all the attributes, quality and paces to make a very smart ridden show pony and versatile all-rounder / riding club / pony club pony suitable for a range of disciplines.
