Perfect Lead-Rein / Second Pony
Perfect lead-rein pony or 2nd pony for a more capable/stronger little rider. He can be a little lazy to small legs, so is best suited to a child who enjoys getting him going! This is not the case on the lead rein. I have videos of him being ridden by older riders and he is absolutely amazing.
This special boy has taken my little girl from a very wobbly rider to having so much fun and confidence, including her first pony camp this summer. 💙
During the time we’ve owned him, she has done absolutely everything with him. He gave her the confidence to do her first jumps, happily trotting over anything, and they have enjoyed Pony Club rallies, her first camp, games, show jumping and XC. At camp she even dressed him up as Barbie, and he was completely unfazed by it all!
He has also been on beach rides and will happily swim in the sea, and he has taken her to her first jumping show, including first ridden classes.
He:
• Travels well
• Clips with no problems
• Hacks happily alone or in company
• Is happy on family walks with the dogs
• Loves XC and will happily go across an open field with my novice little girl
• Is incredibly kind and patient to handle
• Will stand for hours being fussed over
He is genuinely one of those ponies I have complete trust in. My daughter can walk him in and out of the field, and I’m happy for her to spend time with him in the stable. She can climb all over him, slide down his back, climb underneath him and generally fuss him to her heart’s content, and he simply stands there and enjoys the attention.
This is not an easy sale. He is only for sale because my little girl’s own pony has come back off loan and, unfortunately, we simply cannot keep two ponies in livery.
He is a very special, confidence-giving lead-rein pony who has given my daughter so many wonderful memories, and we would love to find him a home where he will be just as loved and enjoyed.

He is up to date with vaccinations (including a recent 6 months booster), has had his back checked and physio, he’s up to date with farrier .
He also comes with a full wardrobe, and a saddle that has recently been reflocked and fitted to him.
