Foxy is a stunning 6 year old mare by foundation who we have owned since a foal. Compact with a great engine and very natural frame. She is very straightforwards to ride, forwards but not silly, very brave and never spooky she’s working elementary level at home and has just won both the prelim freestyle and prelim straight silver classes at the the recent area festivals with my apprentice scoring an easy 75% and 72% with consistent scores across all three judges. She has a fantastic walk and lovely balance in the trot and canter judges always like her.

She also is excellent to hack alone or in company , she lives out with me which suits her but she’s never naughty when stabled or at stay away shows/training at Carl Hester’s. She likes to do pole work and has happily done a small amount of jumping.

Travels and loads well but was sticky initially and caused her to start cribbing when she came home from her first south trip to carls which is a 10hour journey for us.

For sale for way below her quality’s worth because of the vice and a remark on her X-rays (a close vertebrae) that’s been injected and is not causing any issues to her performance. Happy to discuss all medical history. She’s currently barefoot and copes well however she has been fully shod before and is no problem for the farrier.

Foxy is a very sweet mare never nasty and deserves a home where she can be doted on and enjoyed she has a lot to give someone in connection and competition results. Qualified for nationals twice but never gone only to try keep her in a low enough section that it doesn’t means she’s gold at the low levels. Excellent competition record.
