• Saddle: Lovely to ride — forward-going

• Ground: Can be cheeky and test boundaries; bridle used to lead, fine once has the bit in. Confident handler essential.

• Settled overnight corralled away from home

Health

• Farrier, teeth, vaccinations — all up to date

• Physio/massage every 6 months for his back (routine maintenance)

• Lives out, barefoot, happy alone or in a herd — inexpensive to keep

Knowledgeable home with a confident handler/rider.
