Carter is a stunning 16hh steel grey 5 year-old gelding with full recorded breeding, bred in Ireland. He has been carefully and correctly produced, having been slowly broken and then allowed time to mature, ensuring he has been given the best possible foundation for a long and successful career.
Carter is a striking young gelding who has been professionally produced and carefully schooled, showing impressive ability alongside a genuinely kind and willing attitude. He is well balanced and confident in all three paces, with a correct way of going and a comfortable, rideable feel.
Over fences, carter is honest, brave, and naturally talented. Showing a very attractive technique with plenty of scope he is equally happy jumping coloured poles or solid fences and approaches his work with a willing, wanting to please attitude.
He is a pleasure to have on the yard and is beautifully mannered in every aspect of his handling. standing quietly to be clipped, shod, and groomed, is easy to manage in the stable, and is sensible enough to have around children. Well accustomed to farm life and remains unfazed by traffic, machinery, and livestock.
He happily turns out in a mixed herd, comes to call in the field, and loads and travels well in trailers, 3.5-tonne boxes, and larger horseboxes.
