Mavis has to be one of the most genuine and talented up and coming ponies on the circuit, my daughter has absolutely loved producing and competing her on behalf of her owner since October 2024, unfortunately her time on ponies is coming to and end and Mavis needs a new dancing partner.
Mavis has the scope , ability and attitude to go to the top, she comes to her fences in a beautiful rhythm, is not spooky or sharp and has proved to be super quick in a jump off, and is sure to be a strong contender in Newcomers second rounds next year
Mavis is not just a one trick pony, she is a machine XC, has lovely flatwork and I could see her being a top FEI event pony, she also won a novice WHP class at her first attempt, she has impeccable manners out hunting, and jumps anything you ask her to, no fuss, no nonsense, she hacks alone and in company, and adores the beach, she is ridden in a snaffle out hacking and for flatwork, she loads and travels on both trailers and Horseboxes, and is happy left on her own, she gets on with both mares and geldings, and is not remotely mareish.
Good for the farrier, dentist, clip , etc and good to catch, she has the most wonderful temperament and ultimately just wants to please, she is an exceptionally special pony.
