Albert has been slowly produced doing local unaff showjumping and BYEH qualifiers earlier this year before being turned away for a short holiday. He has got his golden ticket to Burghley so will be there competing in the 4yo final. He has very good jumping breeding and is by Sportsman 111.

Albert has three smart paces and is eye catching in the ring, he still has some growing and developing to do, so his flatwork will only improve further as he strengthens and levels out, there is no doubt in time he will do a lovely test.

He absolutely loves to jump and is so brave, he never bats an eye at a filler showjumping and from the XC he has done so far, he is straight over everything. If in doubt he just jumps higher! He has plenty of scope and is clever with his legs, although at the moment still finds jumping exciting so is still very keen to get to the fence, but this will improve with time and training that I have not been fully able to give him.

He has the most fantastic can do attitude, is lovely in the stable, good on the horsebox, turns out with others, is good to shoe, hack, has clean X-rays etc. His only downside is he may potentially be a mans horse rather than a woman's, as he is a well built horse and the keenness jumping can be a lot, but so far he is only jumped in a snaffle.

He is a lovely horse with a bright future in any side of the sport and I would love to see him in a professionals hands or an experienced amateur, he will give someone a lot of fun and be the easiest horse on the yard alongside this!
