Gypsy Vanner Cob gelding, 7yrs, 14.3/15hh.
Lovely cob, prefers light weight rider, ideal teenagers/young rider’s horse.
Likes a challenge and having fun, will do well in a versatile home wanting to do a mixture of jumping, flatwork, hacking, clinics, etc.
New owner to be competent and confident as can need moving forward but once he gets to know you and fully trusts you he becomes so easy of the leg and carries himself in a lovely flowing outline, which can be seen in the videos. He is very light on his feet for a cob which makes him lovely to move round the school.
Loves pole work and has started jumping. Hacks well alone and in company.
Has been on a working farm so used to machinery, donkeys, pigs, etc.
Was a little bolshy when he came to me but now has very good ground manners but I would imagine will need this continued to be at his best.
Up to date with all vacs, farrier, physio, teeth, etc.
Does need to be sedated to have legs clipped.
Does need encouragement from a food bowl to load but I think this will improve over time. Travels well.
Hertfordshire based.
