Meet Jasper - Smart 14.1hh 12yo gelding, non registered Connemara

Jasper is a straightforward, level headed pony, ready for his next home. He has competed in unaffiliated dressage and showjumping (up to 80cm) as well as xc schooled.

On the flat, he is well schooled and keeps a consistent rhythm in all three paces. Jasper loves to jump, happily jumping round a full course with the same calm temperament at shows as he has at home. He may have the odd look at a filler if his rider is not confident.

XC he is very brave and bold, confidently jumping ditches, steps, and water, and will happily tackle anything asked of him. We reckon he would make a brilliant tetrathlon pony. He is sensible and mannerly in open spaces and doesn’t get strong.

Out hacking, Jasper is happy alone or in company, and hacks on a loose rein. He’s been on farm rides, is good in traffic and will happily babysit younger horses.

Jasper is easy to handle, clip and shoe. He loads onto a trailer first time and will also load into a horsebox with a little encouragement.

He is up to date with his farrier, dentist, physio, vaccinations, and all routine care.
