Kenny is a 14hh, 8-year-old Welsh x German Riding Pony gelding, by the renowned German Riding Pony stallion FS Numero Uno.
Super smart, talented pony with a lovely varied CV and so much potential for the future.
Kenny has enjoyed Pony Club, camp, showjumping, dressage, arena eventing, beach rides and eventing. He has completed a BE80, finishing double clear and just outside the top 10, and would be a super prospect for Pony Club teams, Grassroots eventing and all-round competitive fun.
He has three smart paces and works nicely on the flat. He is naturally more woah than go in the school, but steps up beautifully for a more competent rider and has plenty of ability when asked.
He’s a super jumper and has shown himself to be bold and capable across both showjumps and cross-country, happily taking on steps, ditches, water and other XC questions. Equally, with his looks and movement, I could see him making a lovely working hunter/showing prospect.
Kenny has spent the last six months with an 11-year-old novice rider and has been very much loved. He is now looking for a confident, more competent rider who can continue his education and enjoy everything he has to offer. He is not a first pony or solely novice ride — he is a clever pony with plenty of personality and will suit someone confident who enjoys riding and producing a quality pony.
He hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces and in traffic. He is good to handle, groom, clip, load and with the farrier, and is used to children and a family environment.
Passed a 5-stage vetting in April 2026.
A really smart, fun pony with plenty to offer and the potential to be a fabulous Pony Club/Grassroots competition pony for the right partnership.
