Cloonaghaun Lad

15hh | Full Connemara | Gelding | 3 years old (1st May 2023) | Backed August 2026 | HSWD: N/N |

Fozzie was first under saddle in early August and has taken everything in his stride. Fozzie is a sweet, gentle and confident sort. With his willing attitude he has all the makings of an amazing hunter, show jumper or pony club horse.

He enjoys his hacking, and has been making the most of being able to canter in the stubble. Good with usual village traffic/farm vehicles. Recently hunted with the York North and West of Yore hunt. He behaved impeccably at the meet and in the field, no racing off or silly antics.

Fozzie has excellent sports pony bloodlines, including Moy Jonny’s Pride, Westonhouse Straboe Bobby, and Ard Archer. He is athletic and loves his free jumping, he's been caught popping in and out of his field over our XJ jumps.

He is very easygoing on the yard, and is also super easy to catch as he walks right over to you to say hello. He self-loads into a trailer the second he spies the haynet! Very sensible with other horses, he lives out full time with our herd of 4 geldings, but is equally content to be stood in a stable. Priced for a quick sale.
