Would you like a 138 that has already jumped on a team for England, and would think nothing of a day's hunting the week after?

Are you looking for a 138 for an ambitious junior rider who wants to be competitive, and wants a pony that can be relied upon to jump clear when it counts? Barney has done that abroad, twice this year. Would it help to know that his current rider is a 12 year old girl, and that she had sat on him only twice before The Irish Home Pony week in Cavan? That outing produced five double clears and placing out of 6 classes (90cm &100cm) and says a great deal about how reliable Barney is. He then went to the Brussels Stephex Masters in August, where he jumped double clear and was placed in every class over three days, and finished third in the Grand Prix.

Show jumping is not the whole story - Barney has evented and he has hunted, and he is the same pony in a hunting field as he is in a warm-up arena. It is also reassuring that he is easy to handle in the yard and an easy ride.

He is athletic and careful with scope to go on to the biggest 138 BS tracks, so he is for an ambitious junior rider who wants a pony that is competitive, but who also wants to have fun and for their pony to be of use across the calendar doing a mix of things, not just in the show jumping ring.

Open to vetting, all vaccinations up to date.
