Dermott is a fun and energetic horse to ride who has plenty of blood.

His previous rider competed him from YH classes up to jumping a Ranking class last December.

Dermott is a straight, honest and scopey horse who will take his rider round a course rather than needing to be always ridden with a lot of leg. He is never spooky, at home or at a show.

He is a lovely person to have around, good to clip and for the farrier, easy to load to deal with at shows.

We feel he would be well suited to someone who is looking for a horse to learn to jump bigger tracks on, as he doesn't take offence if you don't always get it right, but has the scope to help you when necessary. He does have plenty of engine so a jockey who likes to be taken to a fence would enjoy him more than someone who prefers something they need to push.
