Stunning Dark Bay, Irish Sports Horse, 10-year-old, gelding, 16.3hh by Loughehoe Guy.
Genuine and sad sale of this gorgeous boy has been produced slowly and correctly over the last 5 years; he is a real eye catcher and has three correct paces with a super trainable attitude.
He is now an established horse with super lateral work and changes all in place.
Charlie is careful, scopey and exceptionally honest to a fence. He has plenty of ability combined with a fantastic attitude to his jumping.
He is snaffle mouthed in all phases, does not pull and does not get strong.
He would suit a capable ambitious rider to event and will be a super grassroots horse or is equally talented enough and ready to move up the levels.
Charlie has an excellent consistent record at BE100 with Regional Final Qualifications and has competed BS on a ticket at Discovery and 1.05m.
He has competed at the BRC Championships, and this year had top ten placing in the PC Intermediate Area dressage.
Charlie is kind and a pleasure to have around and a real yard favourite. Mannerly in the stable and incredibly easy to do, he is good to clip, shoe, load and travel.
He loves a cuddle and a treat and despite is name, Serious Guy, he is a character and is far from serious! Hacks alone and in company. Lives on a farm so he is used to vehicles/machinery.
He is genuine and easy but is a competition horse, does have a sense of humour and would not be suitable be for a novice, but he is a fun horse, with a big personality and will give a someone a lot of fun and success.
Charlie does have a very small sarcoid on his ear, this has not changed in the 5 years I have owned him.
