138 LHC JD - bright bay 10 yr old gelding
“Troy” has been a wonderful pony for my daughter during her last years of 138s.he is really a one in a million, ponies like him don’t come round often.
Troy is easy to do in all ways, hacking, loading, shodding, dentist, excellent to clip (my 14 year old daughter does this herself)
clean limbed ect, up to date with vaccinations never sick or sorry, a very well built pony.
has just spend the past couple of weeks on schooling livery whilst we have been away/busy. He is now consistently working well on the flat, good rhythm and works correctly in a contact, he’s got very flashy paces as bred from WHP lines - oldforge stud.
New to the BS circuit this march- My daughter has done really well with this pony, but where her riding ability is definitely hasn't reached this pony’s limit, he would jump the moon if asked.
his record is relflected in his price, not in terms of refusals or eliminations, he can be seen to have poles at 1.10+, this isn’t Becuase of lack of ability, he is very scopey and talent visible. we believe this reason to be my daughter, she is very tall and unfortunately has majorly outgrown this pony, she definitely unbalances him. Troy is a saint, she is very novice and struggles to see a stride, yet he has always got her to the end our the course, it’s not in his nature to ever refuse, for a experienced home or someone with more time on 138s he will be a gem, no doubt will make a top track.

🏆 top 10 placing winters 1.10 at WHP
throughout the summer he’s been competing in TEAMS 138 qualifiers, 1.10s ect and a wonderful aim for his new jockey would be HOYs + RIHS 2027!
He’s got great breeding lines, many of siblings and father competed at HOYS ect 7 times! he’s got great confirmation
very easy to manage, on simple chop and nut feed. we are very exited to see him excel at top tracks with a new experienced jockey.

We think a lot of this pony so will only go to a 5* home, he is a competition pony so no novices.
Has been and loves farm rides, beach rides and XC. Also been proven as a WHP before
