Kildromin Star is a 15hh, 6 year old, fully registered Connemara gelding.

We imported Star ourselves as a 4 year old and have owned him for the past 2 and a half years. In this time he has been given a steady, consistent start to life which has enabled him to be a happy, confident boy ready to head out into the world.

Star has done a little bit of everything including pony club rallies, clinics, arena hires, cross country schooling, arena cross country, unaffiliated showjumping and this summer attended pony club camp where he was a complete star from beginning to end.

He is so versatile that he would excel in any sphere. He'd suit a confident teenager for a pony club horse or a competitive eventing home, and everything in between!

Due to his age, Star does need a competent, balanced rider. He has never reared, bronced or bolted and has only ever had a very very rare, small, excited buck. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body and is never nasty. Always snaffle mouthed and not at all buzzy, a nice mix of woah and go. He can be worried by an unbalanced rider so a calm, balanced rider is essential. Hacks well in company or following a person on foot but can be anxious alone in unfamiliar places.

He is easy to handle, shoe, load, travel etc etc. Turns out in a mixed herd. Up to date with everything. Sad, genuine sale as rider is now off to residential college.
